For this prestigious project, we were responsible for managing both the building regulations, discharge of conditions and the construction phase of the build. By employing value engineering techniques, we were able to optimise the design while maintaining the elegance and integrity of the original vision, most importantly keeping to the clients budget. 

Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with the client to finalise internal layouts, ensuring that each space was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, tailored to suit their lifestyle. This involved detailed coordination with kitchen designers, bathroom designers, and interior design specialists, resulting in a harmonious and cohesive living environment. The demolition of the existing house commenced in April 2024, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for 13 Highrigg Drive. With our experienced team at the helm, we anticipate completing the new home within 12-15 months, delivering a residence that not only meets but exceeds our client's expectations.
