These contemporary designed two-storey dwellings feature large expanses of glazing, a charming combination of red buff brick, complemented by natural stone window surrounds to the exterior, pitched slate roofs and external balconies to the rear, as well as detached single-storey garages.

 

Access to the development is granted through a new shared gated entrance from Durton Lane, leading to private driveways for each dwelling. The construction progress of both Plot 1 and Plot 2 is well underway, with a targeted completion date set for the end of the year.
