After conducting a thorough on-site analysis and discussing various options, we proposed a single-story rear extension that would create an additional 40m2 of space internally, along with a balcony on top to create additional outdoor space. The extension was designed to be modern and sleek, featuring full-length bi-fold doors that would make the most of the south-facing garden.

Our full architectural package included a measured house survey, existing and proposed plans, as well as 3D visuals for the client and planning officers. This comprehensive package ensured that the project was well planned and executed to the highest standards, meeting all relevant building regulations and planning requirements.
